Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay for a Business Trip. the location was stunning and cool. - Sure to pay more to stay on the river side with easy access to a supermarket and shops. - the breakfast was good and they serve it on the terrace.

You guys made my stay perfect 10/10. For a 4 star hotel everything was good, I really enjoyed to be here. It had stunning and super location close to a castle and a museum. Easily reached Mutter Lustig, located relatively close to the property, had lunch/dinner there. Bright and tidy rooms with an extra bed and EXCELLENT service - just as I expected. The staff from start to finish were courteous. They served excellent food for breakfast.

Who needs a microwave in their room anyway? Such a silly thing to expect in a hotel.

Very good service at the breakfast.

Very noisy room direct to the street. No climatisation so not possible to close the window in the night. If you close it no oxygen enough in the room. The shower area must be renovated : curtain and ceramic tipping old and unhygienic. You have to pay extra for the sauna, not mentioned at the reservation.

Very good breakfast, very good coffee. Friendly help from the service personnel. Very quiet and clean rooms facing the castle. Kettle, coffee and tea to prepare yourself. Pleasant in-house restaurant with good value for money

The location was perfect for my needs, as it was right down the street from the swimming place in Koepenik. The tram stop was also conveniently located nearby. The room I stayed in was clean and tidy, and the double glazing kept the road noise to a minimum. The breakfast served by the riverside was perfect, with plenty of seating and a wide variety of choices. Despite being outside of Berlin, it was easy to use the transport system to get into the city center. I found this hotel to be excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoy every stay in Best western hotels. The service is great and the prices are very low. What I liked the most about the hotel was the the river vieuw and the friendly staff.

The room was a little dusty so they can clean a little better.
